Vegan French toast
 1 tbsp chia seeds, blended to a fine powder
 ¾ cup almond milk
 1 tsp maple syrup
 1 tsp vanilla essence
 Pinch of ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and leave to thicken

Soak slices of bread in mixture and cook on both sides in a frypan until golden

Serve with your favourite toppings
