Strawberry jam crumble slice
Preheat oven to 180C
Combine all base ingredients, press into a lined baking dish (reserving some for the crumble topping) and bake in an oven for 10-15 minutes until golden
Cook strawberries in a saucepan with water and maple syrup until soft, add in chia seeds and allow to thicken
Pour strawberry jam mix on top of base and top with reserved crumble mix
Cook for another 15 minutes until the top is golden
