High protein Nutella baked oats

 ½ banana, chopped
 ½ cup rolled oats
 ½ cup your choice of milk
 1 scoop of chocolate protein
 1 tsp vanilla essence
 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Toppings
 Handful of chopped hazelnuts
 1 tsp Nutella or chocolate tahini
 Chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 180C

Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth

Add mixture to a lightly oiled ramekin, adding in additional toppings

Bake for around 20 minutes until cooked through
