½ banana, chopped
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup your choice of milk
1 scoop of chocolate protein
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Preheat oven to 180C

Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth
