GF DF Persian love cakes
 2 cups almond meal
 1  egg, whisked
 ½ cup coconut yoghurt
 ½ cup pistachios, ground into a meal
 2 tbsp rosewater
 2 tbsp honey 
 2 tbsp coconut oil
 1 tsp cardamom
 1 tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp ground nutmeg
 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
 Zest of one orange
Orange drizzle
 ½  orange, juiced
 2 tsp honey
 1 tsp rosewater
To garnish
 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
 small handful of rose petals

Preheat oven to 180C

Add all cake ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined

Pour mixture into a silicon cake mould and top with chopped pistachios

Bake in the oven for around 30 minutes until golden

Combine all orange drizzle ingredients in another bowl and pour over cakes topping with rose petals (optional)
