Double chocolate sprinkle donuts

 1 cup almond meal
 1 cup oat flour
 1 egg, whisked
 ½ cup coconut yoghurt
 ¼ cup almond milk
 3 tbsp maple syrup
 3 tbsp coconut or olive oil
 2 tbsp cacao powder
 1 tsp vanilla essence
 1 tsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp bicarb soda
Chocolate icing
 2 tbsp cacao powder
 2 tbsp maple syrup
 2 tbsp coconut or olive oil
 Rainbow sprinkles

Combine all donut ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth

Pour the dough into a lightly oiled donut pan and cook until brown and cooked through

Serve topped with icing mixture and rainbow sprinkles (optional)
