Choc peanut butter smoothie bowl

 1 cup milk
 1 cup ice cubes
 ½ frozen banana
 1 tbsp peanut butter
 1 tbsp carob or cacao powder
 1 tbsp LSA or chia seeds (optional)

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth

Pour into a bowl and top with granola, extra peanut butter and cacao nibs (optional)
