Broccolini with goats cheese, pistachio and pomegranate
1 bunch of broccolini
80 g goats cheese or feta
2 tbsp chopped pistachios
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds

Preheat oven to 180C and line a baking tray

Arrange broccolini on the lined baking tray, spray lightly with olive oil and cover in chopped pistachios

Cook for around 20 minutes and serve with pomegranate seeds and crumbled goats cheese
