PB&J stuffed dates

 8 medjool dates, pitted
 8 raspberries
 2 tbsp peanut butter
 2 squares of dark chocolate, melted

Slice into each date part way through and remove pit

Stuff each date with a drizzle of peanut butter and one raspberry

Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and refrigerate until chocolate is set (if you can wait!)

Serve with a sprinkle of sea salt (optional)
