Meet my current breakfast obsession - Turkish eggs. These are quick and easy to make and soo delicious πŸ˜‹  Let me know if you try it! 

Mix Greek yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest and dill
Top with two poached eggs
Serve with Turkish bread and Ottolenghi pomegranate, rose and preserved lemon harissa paste from woolies πŸ‘Œ

PB & J MUFFINS 

Ingredients:
2 cups of oat flour
2 bananas
2 eggs 
1 punnet of raspberries
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking soda 

1. Preheat oven to 180Β°C and line a muffin tray
2. Blend wet ingredients in a blender until smooth (keeping raspberries aside)
3. Add mixture to a bowl and stir through oat flour, baking soda and raspberries
4. Pour mixture into lined muffin tray and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden (makes 6)

CARROT CAKE OVERNIGHT OATS πŸ₯•

So you know you need to eat more veggies but how do you do it? πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ Start with breakfast!

SAVE this delicious recipe to start your day off with all the plant based goodness and fibre! If you want to up the protein just add some Greek yoghurt or vanilla protein powder.

Iingredients:
2/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup oats
2/3 cup milk
1 small carrot, grated 
1 tbs chia seeds 
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a container and refrigerate overnight (or use my freezer hack)
2. Serve topped with extra grated carrot, almond butter and walnuts
