Super green veggie quiche
Preheat oven to 180C
Cook all prepared vegetables in olive oil, pesto and garlic until just soft
Line a baking dish with mountain bread wraps overlapping as needed
Combine milk and eggs in a separate bowl
Add vegetables into the baking dish on top of the wraps
Pour over egg mixture, sprinkle feta cheese on top and add extra pesto if desired
Cook for 40 minutes until cooked through and golden
