Spiced cauliflower and coconut soup
 1  whole cauliflower, cut into florets
 1  can of chickpeas
 1 l vegetable stock
 1  can of coconut milk 
 1 tsp ground cumin
 1 tsp ground tumeric
 1 tsp ground paprika
To serve
 roasted chickpeas
 fresh parsley

Place all ingredients to a large pot and simmer until cauliflower is soft

Take pot off the heat and allow it to cool slightly. Blend until smooth with a stick blender

Serve topped with roasted chickpeas and fresh herbs
