Blueberry jam crumble bars
Preheat oven to 180C
Combine all base ingredients, press into a lined baking dish (reserving some for crumble topping) and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden
Cook blueberries in a saucepan with water and maple syrup until soft, adding in chia seeds at the end to thicken
Pour blueberry jam mix on top of base and top with reserved crumble mix
Cook for another 15-20 minutes until golden
