Biscoff gingerbread cookies
1 ¼ cups plain flour
¼ cup Biscoff spread
3 tbsp your choice of milk
3 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp all spice

Preheat oven to 180C

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined

Refrigerate mixture for 10 minutes (this is optional but allows the mix to firm up)

Use a small gingerbread cookie cutter to cut out shapes and add to a lined baking tray

Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden
