  cup milk
  cup rolled oats
 4 fresh strawberries, diced
 1 tbsp LSA or flaxseed meal
 1 tbsp Greek or coconut yoghurt
 1 tsp vanilla essence

Combine all ingredients in a container and refrigerate overnight

Serve with your favourite yoghurt, fresh strawberries and shredded coconut if desired
