 60 g serves of salted caramel protein
 1 cup plain flour
 1 cup your choice of milk
 ½ cup Greek yoghurt
 1 egg
 1 tbsp maple syrup
 1 tsp vanilla essence
 1 tsp baking powder

Combine all ingredients in a bowl until smooth

Pour mixture into a lightly oiled fry pan, cook until bubbles appear and flip
