Raspberry and nectarine breakfast crumble

 2 nectarines, diced
 1 punnet of raspberries
 1 cup rolled oats
 ½ cup shredded coconut
 2 tbsp maple syrup
 2 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tbsp butter or nuttelex
 1 tsp vanilla
 Pinch of cinnamon

Preheat oven to 180C

Combine fruit in a baking dish and set aside

Add all other ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined

Add crumble mixture on top of fruit in baking dish and bake for around 20 minutes until golden on top
