PB & J overnight oats

 1 cup your choice of milk
 ½ cup rolled oats
 ¼ cup mixed berries
 1 tbsp hemp seeds
 1 tbsp peanut butter
 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Combine oats, milk and hemp seeds in a container and refrigerate overnight (or freeze for 30 minutes for the same effect)

Heat berries in a small saucepan with a little water and maple syrup until soft

Add berry mixture to oats and top with peanut butter
