 1 cup cashews
 1 cup shredded coconut
 ¼ cup chopped pistachios
 5 medjool dates
 3 tbsp almond butter
 2 tbsp matcha
 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Combine all ingredients in a blender reserving chopped pistachios for coating
