 1 cup coconut milk (from a carton)
 ½ cup rolled oats
 ¼ cup shredded coconut
 1 tsp carob or cacao powder
 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Toppings
 Handful of raspberries, mashed
 Cacao nibs
 Shredded coconut

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight
