 2 cups almond meal
 2 eggs, whisked
 1 ¼ cups mashed pumpkin
 ½ cup chocolate chips
 3 tbsp maple syrup
 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
 1 tsp baking powder
 1 tsp vanilla essence
 ½ tsp ground ginger
 ¼ tsp ground cloves
 ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
 ¼ tsp all spice
Optional toppings
 Pepitas
 Chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 180C

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined

Pour mixture into a lined loaf tin and top with choc chips and pepitas

Bake for around 45 minutes until cooked through
