 2 cups almond meal
 1 cup fresh blueberries
 2 bananas, mashed
 2 eggs, whisked
 ¼ cup honey, maple syrup or nut butter
 1 tsp vanilla essence
 1 tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 180C

Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for blueberries

Fold in blueberries until just combined

Pour mixture into a lined muffin tin and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes
