  • Save

 1 cup spiral pasta (100g)
 1 cup diced cherry or regular tomatoes
 200 g bocconcini cheese
 1 tbsp olive oil
 ½ tsp minced garlic
 Handful of fresh basil
 Salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta as per packet instructions

Drain pasta and allow to cool
