 ½ cup rolled oats
 1 cup your choice of milk
 Double shot of espresso (or instant coffee)
 1 tbsp LSA
 1 tsp almond butter
 1 tsp maple syrup
Optional toppings
 1 tbsp your choice of yoghurt
 1 tsp almond butter
 shredded coconut
 cacao nibs

Mix all ingredients in a container and refrigerate overnight
