Crispy roasted chickpeas

 400 g can of chickpeas
 1 tbsp olive oil
 3 tbsp your favourite herbs and spices (I like Zaatar, Moroccan spices, smoked paprika or Italian herbs)

Drain and rinse chickpeas in a colander and add to a bowl

Add olive oil and spices and mix until evenly combined

Cook on a lined baking tray for around 40 minutes at 180°C, shaking tray after 20 mins so they can cook evenly
