 30 g Happy Way vegan chocolate protein
 1 egg, whisked
 2 tbsp almond meal
 2 tbsp maple syrup
 1 tbsp cacao powder
 1 tbsp coconut oil
 1 tsp vanilla essence
 ¼ tsp baking powder

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well to combine

Pour mixture into a small mug or ramekin dish

Microwave at short intervals for around one minute (time will depend on the microwave)
