 80 g hazelnuts
 2 tbsp cacao powder
 2 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
 1 tsp vanilla essence

Blend hazelnuts in food processor until finely ground

Add in the rest of ingredients and blend until combined

Roll into balls of about 1 tablespoon of mixture and push a single hazelnut into the middle

Roll in chopped nuts and place in fridge or freezer on a tray
