 2 tbsp oat flour
 2 tbsp rolled oats
 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
 2 tbsp grated carrot
 1 tbsp almond butter
 1 tbsp coconut oil
 1 tbsp maple syrup
 1 egg
 1 tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 ¼ tsp nutmeg

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined

Pour mixture into two light oiled microwave safe mugs

Microwave for 60-90 seconds until cooked

Serve topped with your favourite yoghurt, extra walnuts and grated carrots
