 200 g fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
 handful of fresh basil
 drizzle of olive oil
 drizzle of balsamic vinegar
 salt and pepper to taste
To serve
 Drizzle of olive oil
 Drizzle of balsamic vinegar
 Salt and pepper to taste

Combine tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and basil in a bowl

Drizzle with desired amount of olive oil and balsamic vinegar and gently combine
