Beetroot dip

 450 g tinned beetroot, drained
 ½ cup greek or coconut yoghurt
 2 tbsp lemon juice
 1 tsp crushed garlic
 1 tsp ground cumin
 1 tsp ground coriander

Place drained beetroot in a food processor and blend until finely chopped

Add in rest of ingredients and blend until desired consistency
