Baked feta fries

 4 large potatoes, washed and chopped into fries
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tsp minced garlic
 1 tsp oregano
 Pinch of salt
To serve
 50 g feta cheese
 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Preheat oven to 200C

Soak cut potatoes in a bowl of water for 20 -30 minutes to make them extra crispy

Drain water, then mix all ingredients in a bowl and place onto a lined baking tray

Bake for around 50 minutes, flipping fries halfway

Serve topped with crumbled feta and lemon wedges
