 1 cup your choice of milk
 ½ cup rolled oats
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tsp ground cinnamon
 Pinch of ground nutmeg
Toppings
 1 small green apple, diced
 1 tsp maple syrup
 1 tsp water
 Pinch of cinnamon
 Handful of chopped walnuts

Combine all overnight oat ingredients in a container and refrigerate overnight

Add toppings to a small saucepan and cook until apples are soft

Serve oats warm topped with cooked apple mixture
