 ½ cup almond milk
 ½ green apple, grated (reserve rest of apple for topping)
 3 tbsp maple syrup
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp baking powder
Topping
 ½ green apple (diced)
 Handful of chopped walnuts
 Drizzle of maple syrup

Combine all ingredients in a bowl
